Product innovation - journey diversity
With the motto of “constantly innovating to retain tourists”, Hanoi is focusing on developing a series of new and attractive tourism products such as: Night tourism, agricultural experience tourism, golf tourism, community tourism in ethnic minority areas… The journey to explore Hanoi is no longer limited to the Old Quarter or Hoan Kiem Lake, but expands to the suburbs with pristine beauty and rich culture.
Metro tourism route - a new potential product is also being carefully surveyed to serve tourists in the near future. The image of tourists leisurely exploring Hanoi by train, visiting tourist attractions by green - clean - beautiful means of transport will no longer be far away.
Not only standing firm at home, Hanoi tourism is also actively “reaching out to the world”. The city coordinated to organize and participate in the “Guangzhou Culture and Tourism Promotion Seminar” at the Daewoo Hotel on July 4 and is preparing to attend the first Global Cities Tourism Summit, held in Busan (Korea) next September;… Besides, Hanoi will also promote its cultural and tourism image at the Osaka Expo and promotion program in Nagoya - Japan.
Communication and promotion activities have also been stepped up. The capital's tourism industry is actively spreading the image of a dynamic, attractive and friendly city. Information is constantly updated on platforms such as the Department of Tourism website, Facebook, the fanpage of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), and major media channels.
In August 2025, Hanoi will continue to affirm its position as a global destination with a series of attractive events. Notably, the Hanoi Beverage Festival 2025 will launch new tourism products with the theme "Hanoi Tourism - Convergence of Essence 2025". With its dynamic management and constant creativity, Hanoi is gradually realizing its goal of becoming the most attractive destination in the region. Whether it is a foreign tourist visiting for the first time or a native of the capital returning to find the past, Hanoi always has a way to attract them with things that are both familiar and new.
