Granting land use right certificates to citizens of mountainous communes

(DNO) - This morning, July 28, the People's Committee of Hiep Duc commune handed over the first Land Use Rights Certificate to Mr. Tran Hien (residing in Tra Linh Dong village, Hiep Duc commune). The household representative, Ms. Tran Thi Mai, came to receive it.

Hiep Duc is one of the first mountainous communes in Da Nang city to directly issue Land Use Right Certificates (red books) to people after putting into operation a two-level local government.

The certificate is awarded in accordance with the order and procedures prescribed by the law on land, after the process of receiving, guiding and processing the dossier publicly, transparently and on time.

Mr. Dang Ngoc So - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee and Director of the Hiep Duc Commune Public Administration Service Center said that the commune identified the issuance of red books as a key task to build trust and spread the effectiveness of the new government model. With the spirit of "serving the people", the staff and civil servants of Hiep Duc commune will strive to ensure the issuance of red books to citizens on schedule.

Holding the red book in her hand, Ms. Tran Thi Mai (authorized person) excitedly said: "When the file was transferred to the professional department, the civil servant came down to check and measure, after 20 days of receiving the file, today the red book was issued."

The granting of Certificates not only affirms the people's legal land use rights, but also demonstrates the role of the Public Administration Service Center in administrative procedure reform, aiming to serve the people professionally and effectively.
