On the afternoon of July 3, Comrade Ngo Hoang Ngan, Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group , National Assembly Delegate of Quang Ninh province and Comrade Tran Thi Kim Nhung, Standing Member of the Law Committee of the National Assembly, National Assembly Delegate of Quang Ninh province had a meeting with voters of Mong Cai city after the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
At the meeting, Comrade Tran Thi Kim Nhung, Standing Member of the Law Committee of the National Assembly, National Assembly Delegate of Quang Ninh province, reported on the results of the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly. Accordingly, after 27.5 working days, the Session completed the entire agenda. The National Assembly reviewed and voted to pass 11 laws and 21 resolutions; gave opinions on 9 draft laws and important reports on the country's socio -economic development. The National Assembly highly agreed on the approval and comments on draft laws and resolutions, ensuring quality from preparation, reception, explanation, completion and approval.
Comrade Tran Thi Kim Nhung also informed voters of Mong Cai City about the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and state budget in the first months of 2024.
Voters of Mong Cai City expressed high consensus on the results of the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly as well as the activities of the provincial National Assembly Delegation; at the same time, they proposed a number of issues such as: Improving the quality of activities of the People's Inspectorate; requesting the National Assembly to have a mechanism to protect cadres, civil servants and public employees who dare to think and dare to do; allocating resources to invest appropriately in border areas.
At the same time, voters also asked the National Assembly to consider mechanisms to encourage investment in infrastructure and accommodation facilities in key tourism development areas of Mong Cai City; have a visa exemption policy for day-trip tourists to resolve issues as quickly as possible for tourists; continue to pay attention to ensuring food safety and hygiene...
On behalf of the provincial National Assembly delegation, Comrade Ngo Hoang Ngan, Chairman of the Board of Members of the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group, explained and clarified a number of opinions and recommendations of interest to voters of Mong Cai City. National Assembly Delegate Ngo Hoang Ngan received the opinions of voters to synthesize and report to the National Assembly and relevant agencies for consideration, supervision and resolution in the coming time.
