In terms of high school graduation exam scores, the advanced program Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (IT-E10) has the highest benchmark score of 29.39 points according to high school graduation exam scores. Next is the Computer Science Program (IT1) with a benchmark score of 29.19 points. The "hot" majors all have very high benchmark scores such as the Control Engineering - Automation Program (EE2) with a benchmark score of 28.48 points; the Microelectronics Engineering and Nanotechnology Program (MS2) with a benchmark score of 28.25 points; and the Electronics - Telecommunications Engineering Program (ET1) with a benchmark score of 28.07 points.
The program with the lowest benchmark score this year is TROY-BA with a score of 19.00 points according to the high school graduation exam score.
Specific benchmark scores for each major of Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2025 are as follows:
This year, Hanoi University of Science and Technology will enroll 9,680 students. Tuition fees for Hanoi University of Science and Technology from 2025-2026 will be around 28-90 million VND per year, an increase of 3-5 million VND compared to the current rate. Of which, the standard program will charge 28-35 million VND per year.
Tuition for high-quality programs has increased from VND33-42 million to about VND35-45 million per year, depending on the major. In particular, tuition for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Logistics and Supply Chain Management is VND64-67 million, no increase.
For international programs and international training partnerships, Hanoi University of Science and Technology charges an average tuition fee of 25-30 million VND per semester. For the Business Administration (TROY-BA) and Computer Science (TROY-IT) programs in cooperation with Troy University in the US, the tuition fee is about 78-90 million VND per year, with three semesters per year.
Hanoi University of Science and Technology said tuition fees may increase in the following years, but not more than 10%.
