Ban Bo Commune Party Committee was established on the basis of merging the Party Committees of 02 communes: Na Tam and Ban Bo with 36 affiliated Party organizations and 407 Party members. Implementing the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the commune have made efforts to deploy and resolutely implement the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels and achieved important results in the fields of socio-economics, national defense - security, Party building and consolidation of the political system.

The commune's economy continues to develop; the material and spiritual life of the people is increasingly improved; the average income per capita reaches 38.5 million VND/person/year, an increase of 10 million VND compared to 2020. Agricultural development has many positive changes in transforming the structure of crops and livestock, applying scientific and technical advances, investing in intensive farming, increasing the number of crops, introducing many new crops and new varieties of high quality into production; developing and expanding the area of some crops with advantages and economic value, forming concentrated commodity production areas such as high-quality tea areas; developing livestock; encouraging and supporting the development of aquaculture, cold-water fish farming; doing a good job of protecting and developing forests, raising the forest cover rate to 40.67%.

The national target program on new rural construction has been implemented with attention, rural infrastructure and production areas have been invested in relatively complete. The cultural and social fields have continued to develop, the quality of education and health care for the people has been improved; poverty reduction, social security, and the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses have been effectively implemented; the average poverty rate has decreased by about 7.94% per year. The fine traditional cultures of ethnic groups have been preserved, promoted, maintained and the quality of organizing festivals such as the Xoe Chieng Festival and the Bun Voc Nam Festival has been improved, contributing to the development of local tourism. The work of ensuring political security and social order and safety has been ensured in the area, creating an important foundation for the socio-economic development of the commune and contributing to the good implementation of the task of ensuring national defense and security in the province.

Urgently lead and direct the general planning of the commune in the direction of inheriting the planning of Tam Duong district before the merger, while maximizing the potential and comparative advantages according to the terrain of the newly established commune, especially the advantages of the commune belonging to the dynamic economic zone of Highway 32, with open development space, with the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway running through, convenient for trade of goods, cultural exchange between regions, and development of trade services. Clearly orient the development of industries and fields, develop a connecting traffic system to create development momentum... Focus on rapid and sustainable economic development, considering this a central task. Promote restructuring of the agricultural sector associated with the application of high technology, developing smart agriculture, concentrated commodity production; forming typical OCOP products, building the brand of Ban Bo agricultural products. Strongly develop community services - tourism associated with preserving national cultural identity. Improve the investment environment, promote attraction of industrial processing, trade and service projects, create jobs, and increase budget revenue.

Along with that, comprehensively develop culture - society, improve people's lives, effectively implement social security policies, sustainably reduce poverty; well perform the task of ensuring political security, social order and safety in the area; continue to focus on innovation, streamlining the organization of the political system to be streamlined, operate effectively, efficiently and effectively; build a team of cadres with sufficient qualities, capacity, prestige, equal to the task.

Comrade Cao Trang Trong was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Ban Bo Commune Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
