Phu My Bac Commune Party Committee was established on the basis of merging 03 Party Committees: My Loc, My Chau, My Duc. This is an important event, opening up new development space, great opportunities along with strong motivations for Phu My Bac Commune to "breakthrough growth" in the coming term.
To ensure comprehensive leadership in all areas of work of the Phu My Bac Commune Party Committee after the merger, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has appointed the Commune Party Committee Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term consisting of 25 comrades and the Party Committee Standing Committee consisting of 10 comrades. Of which, comrade Luong Dinh Tien holds the position of Party Committee Secretary; comrade Le Thi Tu holds the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; comrade Dang Dinh Trieu holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.
The Congress assessed that during the past term, the Party Committee, government and people of Phu My Bac commune have promoted the tradition of solidarity, strived and achieved many important achievements. The socio -economy continued to maintain a good growth and development momentum, achieving comprehensive results in most areas; the main targets were achieved and exceeded the Resolution of the Party Congress of the commune for the 2020-2025 term. Agricultural production developed stably; industrial production - small-scale industry, trade and services continued to maintain good development, contributing to economic restructuring, creating jobs and increasing income for people. Investment and development of socio-economic infrastructure, especially transport and irrigation infrastructure, were directed with attention and achieved many positive results. Land management, exploitation and use of resources and environmental protection were focused on. Total mobilized capital for social development investment in 5 years is estimated at about 154 billion VND; development investment expenditure is nearly 105 billion VND; state budget revenue increases by an average of 10.57%.
Along with that, culture, education, health care, and social security are given attention and care. Scientific and technological activities have made positive changes. National defense is firmly consolidated, political security and social order and safety are ensured, creating a stable environment for local socio-economic development.
Delegates voted to pass the Resolution of the Phu My Bac Commune Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.
At the congress, delegates promoted their sense of responsibility, focused on accurately and closely assessing the results achieved as well as the shortcomings and limitations in the past term. On that basis, they determined the goals, tasks, key solutions, and breakthroughs to build a truly clean and strong Phu My Bac Commune Party Committee, successfully completing all assigned political tasks in the coming time.
In particular, the congress focused on discussing and agreeing to set out 26 main targets for the 2025 - 2030 term; including: Striving for a growth rate of product value of 9.1% - 10.2%/year; by 2030, the proportion of industry - construction and services accounts for about 60.4 - 61.6% of the total economic structure; state budget revenue in the area by 2030 reaches over 37.4 billion VND; attracting 05 new projects; average income per capita reaches 66 million VND/person/year; meeting advanced new rural standards; the rate of solid waste in rural areas collected and treated reaches 84%...

Continue to invest and synchronously complete socio-economic infrastructure, especially transport infrastructure, service infrastructure - tourism, culture - society, information technology. Strictly manage, exploit and effectively use land resources and mineral resources; focus on environmental protection and effectively adapt to climate change.
Comrade Nguyen Tuan Thanh also requested Phu My Bac commune to focus on developing culture and society, improving the quality of people's lives, considering people as the center and driving force of social development.
