Dien Bien TV - On the afternoon of April 18, the Provincial People's Court Party Committee held its first Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Mua A Vang, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party agencies attended and directed the Congress.

The Provincial People's Court Party Committee was established on the basis of ending the activities of two Party organizations, including the Provincial People's Court Party Committee and the Provincial People's Court Party Committee. The Party Committee currently has 3 subordinate Party cells with nearly 40 Party members.

In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Provincial People's Court Party Committee has completed 9/9 groups of targets set by the Congress; at the same time, it focused on leading the successful completion of assigned political tasks, thereby promptly resolving nearly 1,000 cases of all kinds; the rate of resolving all types of cases each year exceeds the target set by the Supreme People's Court, without wrongful convictions or letting criminals escape. The Party Committee also focuses on leading and directing the improvement of the organizational apparatus and personnel work in the direction of streamlining, effective and efficient operations...

Along with that, the work of building and consolidating grassroots party organizations, developing party members and the inspection and supervision work of the Party Committee has been strengthened. In the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial People's Court Party Committee has set out 8 targets, 8 key task groups and specific solutions for implementation.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Mua A Vang acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Provincial People's Court Party Committee in the 2020-2025 term. Entering the 2025-2030 term, he requested the Party Committee to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity and democracy in Party activities; building a clean and strong Party Committee; focusing on leading the implementation of professional tasks well; improving the quality of trials, ensuring that the Court's decisions are in accordance with the law; at the same time, focusing on building a team of cadres with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige to meet the assigned requirements in the new situation; effectively implementing the policy of innovation, arranging the apparatus organization in the direction of streamlining, operating effectively and efficiently...

The Congress announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on appointing 12 delegates to attend the 1st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term./.
