General To Lam , Minister of Public Security, inspected the parade rehearsal and martial arts performance in preparation for the 50th anniversary of the tradition of the mobile police force.
At the rehearsal, more than 5,000 mobile police officers and soldiers and more than 100 special vehicles of various types paraded with "correct, even, strong, beautiful, and unified" movements. 

In addition, male and female mobile police officers performed martial arts, qigong, used their hands to punch and break tiles, used their hands to chop bricks, used their heads to break hard objects, lay bare-backed on a bed of spikes, walked barefoot across piles of glass, etc., demonstrating the special elite combat skills of the mobile police force. 
To prepare well for the upcoming celebration, more than 5,000 officers and soldiers of the Mobile Police Command, representing nearly 33,000 officers and soldiers in the mobile police force nationwide, have made efforts and practiced "overcoming the sun and overcoming the rain". Speaking at the ceremony, General To Lam emphasized that this is not only a task but also an honor and pride for each officer and soldier participating in serving the celebration; each individual must enhance their sense of responsibility, overcome difficulties, and successfully complete the assigned political tasks with the highest quality.

"The officers and soldiers participating in the parade, marching, and martial arts performances at the celebration need to promote the highest sense of responsibility in training and comply with training ground discipline; concentrate highly, actively practice and master individual techniques according to the tasks of each group; when performing the parade, marching tasks must be even, beautiful, and unified, demonstrating the majesty and bravery of the armed forces in combat," Minister To Lam noted. The ceremony to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Mobile Police Force's tradition and receive the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces is expected to take place on April 14.
