According to the 2024 Administrative Reform Index, Dak Glong ranked 3rd out of 8 districts and cities, with a total score of 86.09 points, classified as good. The process of receiving and resolving administrative procedures is increasingly efficient, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.

Dak Glong district's administrative reform index ranked 3rd out of 8 districts and cities, with a total of 86.09 points.

During the year, the district received 15,607 applications; of which, 13,699 were received in person and 1,908 were received online. A total of 13,916 applications were processed; of which, 89.43% were processed on time.

The application of information technology in management and administration has also been promoted, contributing to improving the quality of service for citizens and businesses. To date, 204 administrative procedures at the district level and 111 administrative procedures at the commune level have been made public online.

Besides the achievements, the conference also frankly acknowledged some shortcomings and limitations that need to be addressed, such as: There are still overdue administrative procedures; the rate of online processing remains limited; the rate of digitized documents is not yet synchronized; and online payments are still not high. Some units and localities have not yet adopted many innovative and creative approaches in administrative reform.

Concluding the conference, the Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the District People's Committee, Tran Nam Thuan, requested that departments, units, and localities focus on overcoming existing shortcomings and limitations in administrative reform.

In particular, it is necessary to emphasize the responsibility of leaders in directing and tightening discipline, order, work style, and the performance of official duties. This will create favorable conditions for attracting investment, developing businesses, and making a positive contribution to the socio-economic development of the district in the coming time.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Glong district also emphasized the need to improve and enhance the ranking of the administrative reform index at the district and commune levels in 2025.

Dak Glong District People's Committee has commended 2 collectives and 14 individuals with outstanding achievements in administrative reform in 2024.

In particular, the district is focusing on promoting administrative reform in a transparent and open manner, using the satisfaction of citizens and businesses as a measure of effectiveness.

At the same time, the district is focusing on applying information technology and enhancing the responsibility of officials and civil servants in implementing administrative reform tasks.

On this occasion, the District People's Committee awarded 2 collectives and 14 individuals with outstanding achievements in administrative reform in 2024.
