Dak Lak province issued a ban on sea travel from 6:00 AM on November 5th.

On the morning of November 5th, the People's Committee of Dak Lak province issued an urgent directive prohibiting ships and boats from going out to sea in response to typhoon number 13.

Accordingly, the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of 12 coastal communes and wards announced a ban on all ships and vessels going out to sea and all fishing activities at sea from 6:00 AM on November 5th.

The Commander of the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, and the Fisheries Sub-Department, in coordination with coastal localities, will use all means and methods to inform ships at sea about the storm's developments, guide and urge them to return to safe shelters. Absolutely no one is allowed to remain on ships, aquaculture rafts, or watchtowers.
