(DONG THAP) On May 25, the People's Committee of Dong Thap province issued a document to the People's Committees of communes and wards regarding ensuring the staffing of civil servants and public employees.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committees of communes and wards to review and assess the standards and conditions for recruiting part-time personnel into civil service positions in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of the Department of Interior Affairs; ensuring the selection of qualified individuals with sufficient professional and technical capacity to meet the requirements of the political system.

Implement the recruitment and transfer of civil servants within the allocated staffing quota (including recruitment into civil service positions), ensuring that at least one civil servant position remains unused (to serve future personnel needs as stipulated and directed by the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Committee).
