Ensure no interruption in handling administrative procedures for people and businesses

To ensure that the implementation of administrative procedures is not interrupted when the two-level local government model is officially put into operation, over the past time, departments, branches, and public administrative service centers in the whole province have been determined and have many creative ways of doing things, bringing convenience to organizations and citizens.

Regarding the field of administrative procedures, in order to facilitate people and businesses, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center has deployed a trial operation of the Information System for handling administrative procedures at the public administration service centers of communes, wards, and special zones from June 10. The Provincial Information System for Handling Administrative Procedures is the central component, playing the most important role in implementing the Public Administration Service Center according to the one-level model, as well as handling non-territorial administrative procedures.

Deputy Director of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center Nguyen Manh Hieu said: The smooth operation of the administrative procedure settlement information system is a strong step forward in administrative procedure settlement and digital transformation, because this system allows people and businesses to submit documents at all public administration centers in localities in the province regardless of administrative boundaries, creating maximum convenience for people and businesses.

In order to avoid interruptions in the process of receiving and resolving administrative procedures for organizations and people, recently, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center has coordinated with the unit providing the construction of the Provincial Administrative Procedures Information System to organize 18 training courses for nearly 2,000 trainees who are specialized staff and staff involved in the administrative procedure resolution process, staff in charge of system administration at the Public Administration Service Centers of communes, wards and special zones. At the same time, groups of technical staff have been established to each Public Administration Service Center of communes, wards and special zones to support the installation of the system and provide guidance and answer questions in the testing of the new administrative procedure resolution information system.

At the same time, we try to ensure the reception and settlement of administrative procedures for people and businesses, without interruption in the transaction process.

People can submit applications at any public administrative center in localities in the province regardless of administrative boundaries.

Especially for the dossiers that have been received in advance and have a deadline to return results before July 1, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center requests the People's Committees of localities to direct specialized departments to focus on resolving them to ensure completion before the time of administrative boundary merger, and hand them over to the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones to return results to organizations and citizens.
