Vietnamese fashion made its appearance on the red carpet of the 79th Cannes Film Festival (France) through the images of international artists from Mexico, Brazil, Israel, India, the Czech Republic, and more. Each outfit was custom-made for each artist by designers such as Le Thanh Hoa, Phan Huy, and Pham Dang Anh Thu.

Designer Le Thanh Hoa stated that the design, created specifically for Miss Isabella Menin, was inspired by the beauty of the black orchid – this motif is woven in relief on the main brocade fabric, combined with meticulously embellished bodice. The outfit features a form-fitting corset with sharp detailing resembling the central axis of the flower, highlighting the body's curves; the long, fishtail-shaped bodice combined with a large 3D bow makes the Brazilian beauty's appearance on the red carpet even more captivating and impactful.

The designer stated that the high-end strapless evening gown, in a dove gray tone, featured a striking horizontal neckline, a form-fitting corset bodice, and intricate embellishments, while the skirt flowed into a voluminous, multi-layered tulle skirt. The minimalist satin panel at the front, reminiscent of the traditional Vietnamese ao dai, was adorned with rhinestones at the four corners and a row of ornaments inspired by the gold medals and gold medals of the Nguyen Dynasty.

Israeli TV host and fashion influencer Hofit Golan wore a design by Phan Dang Anh Thu at Cannes. She wore a turquoise couture gown that accentuated her curves, highlighting the sparkling effect of the exquisite crystal embellishments, creating the image of a modern, captivating "mermaid."
