From 2020 to now, the whole province has mobilized over 1.200 turns of defense agencies to participate in the prevention, combat and overcoming of consequences of natural disasters; mobilized more than 600 people to coordinate patrols to protect borders and landmarks. During the time of the Covid-19 epidemic, 1.416 DQTVs were mobilized with nearly 12.500 working days to participate in key epidemic prevention and control groups, contributing to limiting the spread of the disease. Thousands of times of DQTV cooperated with localities, organized mass organizations to build houses for the poor, mobilized people to donate land for road construction. In particular, in the construction of new rural areas, thousands of kilometers of roads, irrigation canals, and cultural facilities are deployed by the militia force, in coordination with functional forces. Many roads to highland villages and hamlets have been expanded by the Marine Corps, creating favorable conditions for people to travel and develop production.
