To improve the criteria for building new rural areas in the locality, the Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committee of Dich Qua commune, Thanh Son district, has focused on 5 contents of the campaign to build new rural areas to implement in the commune, mobilizing the people to actively participate in activities such as: uniting to participate in economic development, actively helping each other to reduce poverty sustainably, improve living standards, and encourage legitimate wealth creation; uniting to build a cultural life, caring for education, developing human resources, and caring for people's health; building cultural families; uniting to participate in environmental protection, responding to climate change, and building a bright, green, clean, and beautiful environmental landscape; uniting to abide by the law, ensuring security and order; uniting to promote democracy, actively participating in social supervision and criticism, contributing to building a clean and strong grassroots political system...

Thanks to the model of "effective mass mobilization," the appearance of Trung Giap commune (Phu Ninh district) is increasingly improving.

From this movement, many good models and innovative approaches have been implemented in Dich Qua, bringing practical results such as: the model of installing security cameras in Long Lum, Den Vong, Viet Phu, Don Uot, Muc Troi, Muoi, Chieng, Chat... areas; the self-governing security model in all 17 residential areas; the "5 No's and 3 Cleanliness" model, recycling waste collection houses, and flower-lined roads implemented by veterans, the Farmers' Association, and the Women's Association; the rural road lighting model by the youth union...

Ho Thi Phu, Head of the Front Committee of Quyet Tien area, shared: "We mobilize the people in the area to always unite in building a cultural life, maintaining security and order, and traffic safety. In particular, through propaganda and mobilization, the people in the area are very actively implementing self-governing models to protect the environment, collect and dispose of waste in designated places, clear drainage ditches to clean village roads and alleys, educate and guide people on using clean water, and plant more trees and flowers to create a green, clean, and beautiful environment, improving the criteria for building new rural areas."

As one of the first two communes in Phu Ninh district to achieve advanced new rural standards, the Fatherland Front and its member organizations in Trung Giap commune have skillfully mobilized the people to contribute, especially in implementing criteria related to bright, green, clean, and beautiful landscapes, cultural institutions, and the environment. Trung Giap commune relies on the strength of the people and encourages them to voluntarily participate.

Implementing the Prime Minister 's plan and program to plant 1 billion scattered trees in the period 2021-2025, the People's Committee of the commune has deployed and coordinated with mass organizations to promote and mobilize all sectors of the population to participate in planting 21km of trees along inter-commune, inter-village, inter-hamlet roads and residential areas.

The people in the commune also contributed thousands of square meters of land and thousands of man-days to build rural roads. To date, the commune's rural road system and internal field roads have all been paved, meeting the transportation needs of the people and contributing to the commune's achievement of the advanced new rural development goal two years ahead of schedule compared to the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress.

The "Effective Mass Mobilization" models implemented in localities throughout the province, with their creative and effective approaches, have contributed to improving people's lives and mobilizing public support in building new rural areas and advanced new rural areas. The campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" continues to be emphasized and widely implemented by the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and its member organizations in residential areas throughout the province with many specific and practical contents and movements.

For example, Thanh Ba district guided the registration of "Effective People's Mobilization" models in building model new rural areas, constructing and upgrading community cultural centers; repairing irrigation canals and building rural roads; participating in environmental protection and waste treatment; and installing street lighting in rural areas. Cam Khe district coordinated the construction of 37 models to help each other reduce poverty sustainably, providing assistance to 75 poor and near-poor households to escape poverty. The people contributed 2.75 billion VND, donated nearly 11,000 ^m² of land, and participated in more than 4,000 man-days of labor to build rural infrastructure. Thanh Thuy district mobilized union members, association members, and the people to voluntarily donate 25,374 ^m² of land, architectural structures, and 2,560 m of fences...
