According to the Gia Lai Provincial Department of Health, the accident involving a school bus overturned on the morning of April 22 left 21 people injured, including 20 students and 1 driver. All victims were taken to emergency rooms and treated at medical facilities in the province.

Below are the identities and health conditions of the 21 victims in the accident:

Patients at Gia Lai Provincial General Hospital:

1. HNN (16 years old), has cervical spine injury.

2. NK (16 years old), right shoulder injury.

3. NTP (16 years old), chest injury.

Patients at University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital - Hoang Anh Gia Lai:

4. PAĐ. (14 years old), traumatic brain injury/multiple injuries.

5. PHNT (13 years old): Right clavicle fracture, closed chest and abdominal trauma.

6. PNQ (15 years old): Complex right arm injury, closed chest and abdominal trauma.

Patients at Hung Vuong Gia Lai Hospital:

7. P.D.D. (55 years old, driver): Multiple injuries, concussion, chest trauma monitoring, fractures of left ribs 10 and 11.

8. PPHT (13 years old): Soft tissue injury of the head.

9. LNTBH (16 years old): Soft tissue injury.

10. NNTA (13 years old): Swelling of the right parietal region of the head, concussion.

11. N.T.T. (16 years old): Soft tissue injury of the left knee.

12. BMH (13 years old): Soft tissue injury.

13. BTBT (16 years old): Soft tissue injury.

14. N..TA (18 years old): Soft tissue injury.

15. NBT (12 years old): Concussion, abrasion on right cheek.

16. NTHN (17 years old): Concussion.

17. NHH (12 years old): Soft tissue injury.

18. BMH (12 years old): Multiple soft tissue trauma.

19. NTKL (16 years old): Soft tissue injury of the head.

20. LTAH (10 years old): Soft tissue injury.

21. NTS (16 years old): Neck injury.

Earlier, at around 6:30 a.m. on April 22, a bus carrying 20 students from Nguyen Dinh Chieu Secondary School and Tran Phu High School (Thang Hung Commune, Chu Prong District) to school crashed into the roadside and overturned when it reached Thanh Binh Village, Binh Giao Commune, Chu Prong District. The accident caused all the students and the driver to be hospitalized.

According to information from Hung Vuong Gia Lai Hospital, after testing, driver Phan Dinh Du tested negative for drugs. The case is currently being investigated by the authorities.
