The winner, if they continue to challenge and win 4 consecutive episodes of the Vietnamese King of Language competition, will receive a prize of 320 million VND. Artist Xuan Bac will continue to host season 3.

Will Season 3 of King of Vietnamese have fewer flaws?

King of Vietnamese is a rare game show that utilizes the Vietnamese language.

This helps players and television viewers understand and learn how to use Vietnamese correctly and clearly.

Introducing King of Vietnamese Season 3

However, looking back at seasons 1 and 2, it's clear that King of Vietnamese still had quite a few flaws pointed out by viewers and linguists.

For example, the Vietnamese language king occasionally has answers with spelling mistakes: "Xoay sở" is misspelled as "xoay sở", and "chậm trễ" is misspelled as "chậm chễ".

The game show made a mistake in its question by claiming that the word "lang lổ" has no meaning, is just a misspelling of "loang lổ," when "lang lổ" and "loang lổ" are two words with similar meanings.

In another episode, the contestant chose one of two spellings: "dúm dó" or "rúm ró". The program's correct answer was "rúm ró". However, "dúm dó" is not actually misspelled.

Furthermore, the advisory board explained that the phrase "making falsehood appear as truth" is also inaccurate.

Based on these mistakes, viewers hope that the producers will be more careful when formulating questions and providing answers.

At the same time, many people believe that the title "King of Vietnamese" given to the winner is too grandiose for a television game show.

The final round of the Vietnamese Language King competition no longer involves writing poetry or searching for words.

According to the organizers, season 3 of King of Vietnamese will still consist of four rounds: reflexes, definition, matching, and dethroning.

The first three rounds of the competition remained largely unchanged. However, the format of the game was completely new in the dethroning round.

While season 1 contestants wrote poems and season 2 contestants searched for simple and complex words, in season 3, finalists will face three challenges: finding words horizontally and vertically based on the program's theme.

The player who wins round 4 becomes the "king".

To maintain their throne, they need to challenge the winners of the following episodes.

The winner who holds the top spot for four consecutive draws will receive a prize of up to 320 million VND.

Associate Professor Pham Van Tinh - one of the advisors - explained in the program that: "Crossword puzzles are a very popular game worldwide ."

Vietnam has adopted this approach in many teaching and game situations. Round 4 is difficult; having only 15 seconds to find the answer for each row is very challenging for the players."

Poet Lu Mai, an advisor to the "King of Vietnamese Language" program, believes that: "Diverse feedback is a valuable asset that the audience brings."

We have much to improve upon, much to reflect upon, much to think about more deeply, for a longer period, and more broadly, so that our Vietnamese language skills can be preserved and spread even further."
