Established in 2022, with its predecessor being the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Club, the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association currently brings together 110 members who are owners of businesses, cooperatives, and production and business establishments in various fields such as trade, services, tourism, high-tech agriculture , OCOP (One Commune One Product), and exports.
From its early days, the Association has set the goal of building a dynamic, capable, and pioneering community of female entrepreneurs in innovation. Following the province's development orientation, the Association focuses on organizing activities to enhance management capacity, inspire entrepreneurship, and spread business culture in the era of integration.

Entering a new phase of development, the Association has identified digital transformation as the "key" to enhancing the competitiveness and operational efficiency of businesses. The Association has organized numerous training programs and specialized workshops on e-commerce, digital financial management, digital communication, etc., helping members gradually access modern management tools and expand their product markets.
Many female entrepreneurs have boldly invested in online sales systems and applied software for production management, human resource management, and customer care on digital platforms. As a result, many women-owned businesses have overcome difficult times and established their brands in the market both within and outside the province.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh, President of the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association, emphasized that digital transformation is not only about applying technology in production and business, but also about changing management thinking, market approaches, and corporate culture. In this process, women, with their keen insight and learning spirit, are demonstrating their ability to quickly adapt to new trends.
In addition to focusing on economic efficiency, female entrepreneurs in Dak Lak are also aiming for green and sustainable development models. Many members have boldly invested in organic farming models that save energy and protect the environment, contributing to the realization of the province's green growth goals.
In addition, the Association regularly participates in investment promotion forums, supply-demand matching events, and international cooperation seminars with FDI enterprises, especially partners from South Korea and India. These programs help women-owned businesses in Dak Lak expand their cooperative relationships, update on international trends and standards, thereby enhancing their competitiveness and deeper integration.
Alongside its production and business activities, charitable work and social welfare are highlights in the Association's journey. Every year, members collectively contribute billions of VND to support the poor, families entitled to preferential policies, women, and children in particularly difficult circumstances.
Responding to the "Godmother" program launched by the Provincial Women's Union, members of the Union are currently sponsoring 13 orphaned children for 5 years, with a support of 6 million VND per child per year. This is not just material assistance; it's also about love and companionship, helping the children overcome their loss and move forward in life.
In particular, when Typhoon No. 10 caused serious damage in the northern provinces recently, the Association promptly launched a fundraising program, calling on members to join hands in supporting flood-affected people. In just two days, more than 60 members responded, contributing cash and goods worth over 738 million VND.

Specifically, Viet Thang Production - Trade - Service Co., Ltd. (Ea Kar commune) donated various types of boots and sandals worth 598 million VND to Hanoi and Bac Ninh; over 140 million VND in cash was directly transferred to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Lak province and affected localities to support flood relief efforts. Sharing her thoughts on this charitable act, Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung, Director of Viet Thang Production - Trade - Service Co., Ltd., expressed: “Each pair of sandals, each gift sent is not just material, but also represents the heartfelt feelings of the female entrepreneurs of Dak Lak towards our brothers and sisters in the North. I always believe that a business can only truly develop sustainably when it knows how to give, when it sees the joy of others in the fruits of its labor. That is also the motivation for us to strive harder every day.”
