Each project and task bears the mark of responsibility and loyalty of Uncle Ho's soldiers in peacetime.

In the period of 2021 - 2025, the Emulation movement for Victory in the Armed Forces continues to be comprehensively and synchronously deployed by the Military Command of Bac Quang district. The content and forms of emulation are increasingly diverse, closely linked to the reality of each locality and unit. Thereby, spreading the spirit of patriotic emulation, not only maintaining the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers but also contributing to building a "people's heart posture", a solid national defense posture and a solid people's security posture, consolidating and strengthening the solidarity and close relationship between the Army and the People.

Participating in the construction of the new rural areas, the District Military Command has effectively implemented the models of "Smart Mass Mobilization" and "Each Party cell helps a household escape poverty". At the same time, it mobilizes resources from production activities; connects and calls on philanthropists and benefactors to support funding and join hands in building the new rural areas. Lieutenant Colonel Do Binh Dinh, Commander of the Bac Quang District Military Command, said: "Before implementing support, the District Military Command closely coordinates with local Party committees and authorities to carefully survey each case, grasp the conditions, circumstances, and specific needs of each poor household to develop a realistic support plan, not spread out, to create sustainable livelihoods for the people. 15 poor households have received livelihood support to develop production, gradually stabilize their lives, and escape poverty".

With the motto "The army has the effort, the locality and the people have the budget", the collective labor sessions, the days of "three together" (eating, living, working together) with the people have become familiar images, imbued with the love between the army and the people. The district's military has contributed more than 8,300 working days to join hands in building the new rural area. Of which, nearly 16 km of rural roads have been renovated, concreted, improving the travel infrastructure for the people; more than 1,200 flowers and trees have been planted along the main roads leading to the community house, nearly 540 bougainvillea trees have been planted in households and village gates, bringing a fresh, green - clean - beautiful look to the countryside. Not only that, the district's military has also organized the digging of 4 new wells for domestic water, meeting the essential needs of the people, especially in areas with difficult water sources.

Along with that, the district military is always present in areas with many difficulties, working side by side with people to renovate houses, develop the economy, preserve traditional culture, consolidate the grassroots political system... Notably, with the spirit of "No one is left behind", the District Military Command has directly contributed working days, participated in eliminating 20 temporary and dilapidated houses. At the same time, it supported the construction of 3 gratitude houses, repaired and upgraded 15 dilapidated houses with a total cost of nearly 200 million VND. Each house built and upgraded is not only a warm home to help people "settle down and make a living" but also a vivid testament to the spirit of Uncle Ho's soldiers in peacetime.

The district military command also coordinated with relevant units to organize scholarships for poor children who have overcome difficulties and studied well so that they have more motivation to strive in their studies; presented health insurance cards to households in especially difficult circumstances; examined and provided free medicine to more than 1,200 people; presented gifts worth more than 250 million VND to 520 policy families and poor households during holidays and Tet. The district military command actively participated in supporting the "For the Poor" Fund with an amount of more than 85 million VND. At the same time, coordinated with relevant agencies to implement many meaningful programs such as: "Spring of charity", "Million steps of charity", "Each organization and individual associated with a humanitarian address" ... Thereby, attracting more than 1,600 participants, assisting more than 4,100 people with a total support value of more than 1.8 billion VND during the Humanitarian Month. In particular, the maintenance and implementation of 88 humanitarian addresses with a total support budget of nearly 360 million VND has contributed to creating a support for disadvantaged people, helping them have more determination to overcome difficulties and rise up in life...

The outstanding results in the emulation movements "Joining hands to build new rural areas" and "Joining hands for the poor - Leaving no one behind" of the armed forces of Bac Quang district are profound evidence of the close bond between the army and the people; contributing to firmly consolidating the national defense posture associated with the people's security posture, building the locality increasingly stronger.
