Bidding for 4 construction packages of resettlement areas in Bien Hoa to serve the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project

(DN) - On May 14, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center announced that it is conducting bidding to select contractors for 4 packages of the Resettlement Area Project in Tam Phuoc Ward, Bien Hoa City.

Accordingly, 4 bidding packages are being bid to select contractors for the project, including: Package No. 22 (construction and supply of goods), construction of technical infrastructure items (traffic, trees, drainage, technical trenches, retaining walls, leveling, wastewater treatment plants), preparation of reports on the results of trial operation of environmental protection works, ensuring traffic safety; supply and installation of wastewater treatment equipment; Package No. 23 (construction), construction of technical infrastructure for water supply pipeline items; Package No. 24 (construction and supply of goods), construction of technical infrastructure, power supply, lighting, communication items, supply and installation of power supply equipment and Package No. 27 (consulting), supervision of implementation of packages No. 22, 23, 24. The total value of the bidding packages is more than 360 billion VND.

The resettlement area in Tam Phuoc ward has an area of over 31 hectares, with a total estimated investment of over 717 billion VND. When completed, this resettlement area will have nearly 1,300 resettlement plots. This is one of two resettlement areas planned to be built in Bien Hoa city to serve the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project.
