Promote prevention and reduction of occupational accidents in the province

On September 8, 2025, Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee issued Document No. 247/UBND-VP7 on preventing and limiting occupational accidents in the province.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requests that Departments, branches, sectors and localities, according to their functions, tasks and authority, proactively strengthen inspections of compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations of enterprises in the province under their management, especially in areas with high risks of occupational accidents and serious incidents, pay attention to activities of building safe working procedures and measures at enterprises; and report occupational accidents according to the Law on Occupational Safety and Hygiene.

At the same time, strengthen the organization of propaganda and dissemination of knowledge and laws on occupational safety and hygiene appropriate to each field and profession, giving priority to propaganda and dissemination of laws on occupational safety and hygiene for workers working without labor contracts; strengthen the organization of investigation of occupational accidents for workers.
