Together with the entire force, the Party Committee and command of Regiment 762 have actively promoted propaganda and education to raise awareness among officers and soldiers about the meaning and importance of the Party Congress at all levels. In addition to traditional propaganda methods, the Regiment regularly uses its internal broadcasting system, integrating content about the Congress into exchanges, seminars, and democratic dialogues, making it easier for officers and soldiers to access and remember the knowledge. In an interview with us, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Chien, Political Commissar of the Regiment, said: “The Regiment identifies political and ideological education linked to the 'Determined to Win' emulation campaign as a key factor in creating a vibrant atmosphere of competition. Besides that, the unit has also promoted agricultural production with many specific models: consolidating nearly 12,000 square meters of agricultural gardens, renovating fish ponds, repairing livestock barns, constructing more than 1,600 square meters of new concrete roads, and building a 'bright, green, clean, and beautiful' unit landscape.”
The emulation movement is also closely linked to training and combat readiness tasks. Units under the provincial armed forces always adhere to the motto "Basic, practical, and solid," emphasizing comprehensive and in-depth training, with officer training as the key element and tactical training as the focus. The content is implemented systematically, scientifically , and realistically, with an emphasis on night training and training under conditions close to actual combat, flexibly applying the three viewpoints, eight principles, and six combinations in training.
At the Mechanized Reconnaissance Company, Staff Department of the Provincial Military Command, the emulation movement to celebrate the Congress was concretized through many meaningful projects and activities. Models such as "Youth Parks" and "Youth Barbershops" have contributed to beautifying the landscape and improving the cultural and spiritual life of officers and soldiers.
It can be affirmed that the emulation movement to celebrate the Provincial Military Party Congress not only created a vibrant atmosphere of competition but also contributed to improving the overall quality of training, combat readiness, building a regular and disciplined system. Many new models and innovative approaches have been effectively and practically applied, closely aligned with the tasks and conditions of each agency and unit.
In response to the peak emulation campaign to celebrate the 15th Provincial Military Party Congress, the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command launched an emulation campaign with the themes: "Raising high the banner of Victory, forever worthy of the name of Uncle Ho's soldiers," and "Raising high the red banner of August - Emulating to achieve 3 bests" (Highest awareness, responsibility, and determination). The campaign aims to encourage a sense of responsibility, inspire a spirit of striving, unity, creativity, and a desire to contribute among every officer, party member, and soldier of the provincial armed forces.
Along with striving to excellently fulfill the central political tasks, the Party Committee of the Provincial Military Command directed agencies and units to focus on promoting excellent training, high combat readiness, strict discipline, and a healthy cultural environment; while linking emulation with studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh and the "Promoting traditions, contributing talents, and living up to the name of Uncle Ho's soldiers" campaign. Each officer and soldier must clearly demonstrate a pioneering and exemplary spirit, determined to successfully achieve the emulation targets, creating a new momentum and driving force for revolutionary action movements throughout the entire force.
The emulation movement to celebrate the Party Congresses at all levels is a widespread political activity, encouraging a spirit of self-awareness, activeness, and determination to excellently fulfill all assigned tasks. We are confident that, with the decisive leadership and guidance of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command, and the high determination of cadres, Party members, and soldiers, the 15th Congress of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Party Committee, term 2025-2030, will be a great success, truly marking an important milestone in the new development path of the provincial armed forces.
