Deployed in over 20 Departments of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs nationwide and winning numerous domestic and international awards, the Social Security Management solution - VNPT ASXH, researched and developed by Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), has demonstrated practical effectiveness, contributing to the digital transformation of the labor, war invalids and social affairs sector.
Outstanding advantages
VNPT ASXH supports the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs in unifying the management and control of data from various fields into a common information system and unifying the entire database. This helps save time and manpower in implementing social security policies, ensuring fairness, completeness, and accuracy for the people.
With this solution, leaders of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs at all levels will have complete information, supporting the analysis, reporting, and evaluation of policies, as well as making decisions on the management and implementation of social security policies correctly, adequately, and avoiding duplication of beneficiaries. At the same time, citizens can easily access information and provide feedback on the social security policies they are entitled to. This will help ensure state budget allocation for the implementation of social security policies and other labor and employment policies, and help state management agencies reduce their workload and save time in this area.
Besides basic features, VNPT ASXH also has many useful features that effectively serve specific target groups. These include: managers can easily grasp the current situation and quickly implement timely support policies for target groups such as children, war veterans, information on relatives of war veterans, drug addicts and those undergoing rehabilitation; vocational education features that meet the functional management process in the field of vocational education ; and labor and employment features that help candidates find suitable jobs; serving as a channel for communication between workers and employers.
In particular, a major advantage of VNPT ASXH is its integration with the National Population Database in Project 06 on Social Security Management with VNeID, ensuring cashless payment of social security benefits in accordance with Prime Minister 's Directive No. 21/CT-TTg. This helps ensure the authenticity of beneficiaries and inherits and links with social insurance data to enrich social security data. VNPT ASXH also integrates with provincial-level shared databases, provincial-level social security operations centers, and connects to public services and a one-stop shop for resolving social security administrative procedures.

Launched in September 2020, VNPT ASXH is currently being used by 20 Departments of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs nationwide. VNPT ASXH has been recognized with numerous domestic and international awards, including: Gold Award at the IT World Awards 2022; Top 10 at the Sao Khue Awards 2022 (Digital Transformation category); Top 10 Make in Vietnam Digital Products 2022; "Golden Key 2022" award in the category of Outstanding Secure IT Solution for Digital Transformation; and certification as a Top Enterprise with Smart Digital Products and Industry 4.0 Technology Solutions.
In the future, VNPT Social Security will be developed in a smarter direction by applying electronic social security cards to reduce paperwork for citizens in the management of social assistance policies, poverty alleviation, benefits for war veterans, unemployment insurance, social insurance, and health insurance; applying blockchain in storing social security databases, increasing transparency and efficiency in paying social welfare benefits to people; and building a digital social security map to assess the implementation of social security policies.
Managing sustainable social security development is a strategic issue aimed at building a stable, harmonious, and consensual society, creating momentum to promote economic growth and sustainable national development. VNPT Social Security has been working with ministries, sectors, and localities to gradually realize this strategy, contributing to accelerating the digital transformation process of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs in particular and the national digital transformation process in general.
