Speed ​​up disbursement progress of socio-economic recovery and development projects

To complete projects and ensure disbursement progress, on May 6, the Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee issued an urgent document requesting agencies, units and localities to speed up the disbursement of assigned capital.

Units and investors must identify the disbursement of public investment capital, in which capital from the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program is one of the key political tasks, which need to be focused on, prioritized, directed and organized for implementation. Establish a working group to promote capital disbursement in each agency to urge, inspect, supervise and handle arising problems. Direct departments, divisions and contractors to complete procedures, documents, bidding... to speed up the payment progress of assigned capital.

From now until the end of the year, an additional 111.3 billion VND must be disbursed; striving to achieve 90% of the plan before October 31.
