Proposal to remove iron stakes on the sidewalk of An Thinh Apartment

For over a year now, residents of An Thinh Apartment (Ngo Gia Kham Street, Bac Nha Trang Ward) have been very upset because the Apartment Management Board arbitrarily installed iron poles to divide car parking spaces on the sidewalk around the apartment building.

Iron poles on the sidewalk at An Thinh Apartment caused many cars to crash into them.

According to residents living at An Thinh Apartment, the management board drilling the sidewalk to install iron poles to divide the parking spaces is incorrect. After dividing the spaces, the management board informed the residents that they had to pay to park their cars, but the residents did not agree because this is a shared sidewalk, not a parking lot built by the investor. Since the installation of the iron poles, many cars have crashed into them, causing minor scratches to severe broken front bumpers. We request that the authorities take action and request the An Thinh Apartment Management Board to urgently remove these iron poles.
