The exam has 22 multiple choice questions, the most challenging are the 4 true/false questions because the scoring is different from previous years. With this exam, I personally assess that I did about 60%.”
Nguyen Gia Huy, class 12A4, Dong Dau High School (Yen Lac) shared: "The math test was relatively difficult and differentiated right from the 2 questions with correct or incorrect answers; the 12 multiple choice questions were not difficult, they were theoretical knowledge at the recognition level. With this test, I did about 70%. Hopefully the remaining subjects will help raise my total score."
According to the quick report of the Examination Council, at 30 examination sites, there were 16,439 candidates registered to take the Math exam; at the end of the examination session, there were 16,366 candidates taking the exam, reaching 99.56%; 39 candidates were exempted from the exam; 34 candidates were absent from the exam, including 5 candidates who were given special permission due to illness or accidents before the exam, 4 candidates who did not take the exam only wanted a certificate of completion of the 12th grade program, and 25 candidates had no reason (were independent candidates).
During the Math exam, there was one case of a candidate violating the exam regulations by bringing a cell phone into the exam room; the checking and sealing of the exam box was carried out in accordance with regulations; the work of ensuring security, order, traffic safety, food safety and hygiene, and disease prevention was strictly carried out; the safety of candidates and staff participating in the exam was ensured.
Tomorrow morning (June 27), candidates will enter the third exam session.
For candidates taking the 2018 General Education Program, this is the final exam session with 2 optional subjects, each subject has a test time of 50 minutes.
Candidates taking the 2006 General Education Program will take the Natural Science exam (including the components of Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or the Social Science exam (including the components of History, Geography, CivicEducation ) with a test time of 150 minutes.
On the afternoon of June 27, candidates taking the 2006 General Education Program will take the Foreign Language exam for 60 minutes.
