After an earlier-than-usual dinner, Kim (from Ho Chi Minh City) took the opportunity to enjoy another cup of coffee to stay alert before starting her first midnight delivery shift.
At 0:00 on September 30th, Kim arrived at the Tiki warehouse. He was joined by four other colleagues for the same task. They would all be delivering... iPhone 15s were delivered to customers who had pre-ordered them, and they received them on the night of the Mid-Autumn Festival. At 0:30 AM, everyone left the warehouse, fanning out in different directions with eager anticipation, wanting to deliver the goods as quickly as possible.
"This is my first time delivering at this time, and it's a hot item, so I find it quite interesting and exciting," Kim said. His schedule tonight will cover several routes in Tan Binh District and District 1. Before learning he had been selected for this special delivery activity, Kim had arranged his work, meals, and rest to ensure he felt healthy and alert throughout the delivery.

As the delivery person for the furthest customer, after a 55-minute journey, shipper Ngoc Vinh delivered the first iPhone 15 from the shopping cart at 1:25 AM. He completed the second and third orders at 1:55 AM and 2:05 AM, respectively.
"The streets of Saigon are quieter and much less crowded at night than during the day. This has greatly helped delivery drivers like me complete our tasks sooner," Vinh said.
Mr. Vu (District 1), one of the early iPhone recipients, was pleasantly surprised when a delivery driver brought his phone to him while he was having a late-night meal. He even asked the driver to stay and unbox the product with him, marking his place as one of the first Vietnamese people to own an iPhone 15.

Fast delivery is one of the advantages of the Tiki e-commerce platform, and also a crucial aspect of the "Good and Fast" operational strategy that the company is focusing on developing. Mr. Tran Ngoc Thai Son, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tiki Global Pte. Ltd., stated: "Tiki's goal is to save customers time. Now, we want to delve deeper and do that better with our new brand identity – Good and Fast."
Accordingly, the brand always ensures that all products listed on the platform meet stringent input standards, including quality control and origin verification. This is complemented by a return, warranty, and compensation policy of up to 111% of the product value if any discrepancies in origin are found. According to Mr. Thai Son, this is an advantage of Tiki, saving customers time when shopping. Meanwhile, partners will have greater peace of mind, reducing concerns about competition from low-quality goods, and minimizing the damage to their brand's reputation and image due to the mixing of genuine and counterfeit products.

At Tiki, regardless of order size, all orders undergo the same logistics process. With the goal of delivering high-quality, carefully selected products to customers in the shortest possible time, Tiki chose to deliver the iPhone 15 directly to customers overnight. To achieve this, not only the shippers but also the warehouse preparation and operations team made thorough preparations to minimize errors, as this was a high-value order.
"Delivering iPhone 15s in the middle of the night was both relaxing and nerve-wracking. Relaxing because I knew I had contributed to bringing immense joy to the customer. Nervous because this was a high-value order that needed to be delivered as quickly as possible, fearing the customer might oversleep or be tired from waiting. Hopefully, with our efforts, customers who ordered iPhone 15s in particular, and Tiki customers in general, will have wonderful experiences when traveling with us," Mr. Kim expressed.
