On behalf of the comrades appointed to the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Thai Dai Ngoc expressed his deep gratitude to the Politburo and the Secretariat for their trust in assigning the task; at the same time, he promised to unite, unify, inherit and promote the glorious tradition of the Party Committees of the two former provinces of Binh Dinh and Gia Lai, and to devote all his intelligence, enthusiasm and courage to lead and direct the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

In the immediate future, the Executive Committee will focus on concretizing and implementing the Action Program to implement the Congress Resolution, promptly bringing the Congress Resolution into life; urgently assigning tasks to people, jobs, and responsibilities, creating changes right from the beginning of the term. Along with that, continue to innovate leadership and management methods in the direction of creation and service, taking advantage of the leadership, direction, and support of the Central Committee, promoting the solidarity strength of the entire Party, the political system, the business community, and all classes of people.

With the goal of making Gia Lai a fairly developed province in the country by 2030, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Term I, is determined to synchronously deploy 5 growth pillars and 4 strategic breakthroughs; build a two-level local government that is streamlined, strong, effective and efficient; promote innovation, digital transformation, develop green economy and knowledge economy; pay attention to ensuring social security, preserving and promoting the cultural identity of ethnic groups, strengthening national defense and security, and firmly protecting national border sovereignty.

Senior Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc was born on January 1, 1966; hometown is Cam Le ward, Da Nang city. Professional qualification is Bachelor of Military; high level of political theory.

From October 2014 to April 2016, comrade Thai Dai Ngoc was a member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee, Commander of the Dak Nong Provincial Military Command, Military Region 5.

From May 2016 to May 2018, he was a member of the Party Committee of Military Region 5 and Deputy Commander of Military Region 5; from June 2018 to October 2018, he was a member of the Party Committee of Military Region 5 and Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 5.

From November 2018 to September 2020, he was a member of the Party Committee of the General Staff - Ministry of National Defense, Party Secretary of the Operations Department; Director of the Operations Department/General Staff.

From October 2020 to December 2024, comrade Thai Dai Ngoc was a member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Central Military Commission; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Military Region 5; Commander of Military Region 5.

From January 2025 to present, comrade Thai Dai Ngoc is a member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Central Military Commission; member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the General Staff - Ministry of National Defense; Senior Lieutenant General, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army.
