Tonight and tomorrow, due to the influence of a weakening and filling low-pressure trough, combined with a weakening upper-level wind convergence zone, the weather in localities throughout the province will be cloudy, with scattered rain, showers and thunderstorms in the night and early morning, moderate rain in some areas, and southeasterly winds of level 2; in mountainous areas, it will be cold in the night and early morning, with some places experiencing freezing temperatures.

Widespread thunderstorms are often accompanied by extreme weather phenomena such as hail, tornadoes, strong winds, and lightning strikes. Therefore, people in affected areas, especially mountainous regions, need to be prepared for these types of natural disasters that can cause damage. Be vigilant about localized heavy rainfall due to terrain conditions that can cause sudden flash floods in small streams and ravines, and landslides in steep areas.
