On the afternoon of October 10th, Colonel Ha Duy Duong, Director of Military Hospital 354, convened an emergency meeting with relevant agencies and the disaster relief team. Immediately after the meeting, preparations were quickly implemented. By 9:00 AM on October 11th, the forces of Military Hospital 354 had arrived and departed for Thai Nguyen - the area severely affected by the floods.

Medical staff from Military Hospital 354 are going into flood-affected areas to support the people in preventing the spread of disease.

In addition to dispensing medication, doctors and medical staff directly instructed people on how to prevent the disease.
Prepare the medicine to deliver to each household.
We distributed medicine and food to each household.
Going door-to-door to examine elderly people.
Instructing people on how to prevent disease outbreaks.
Donating food to households.
Disinfectant spraying is being carried out to prevent disease outbreaks after the floodwaters recede.

Upon arrival, the hospital's medical team was present in Linh Son ward, Thai Nguyen city, organizing medical examinations and distributing essential medicines for eye and digestive diseases to the local people. In addition to dispensing medicine, the medical team also participated in disinfection spraying, distributing leaflets, providing essential supplies such as milk, food, and vegetables to the residents, and carrying out general sanitation and environmental cleanup after the flood.
