The school does not send admission notices to candidates by post . Candidates can look up admission results and instructions on admission procedures on the website of CTU from August 23 at https://kqts.ctu.edu.vn (look up according to the correct ID card/CCCD/DDCN number of the candidate in the Admissions Portal of the Ministry of Education and Training ).

To enroll in Can Tho University, successful candidates must confirm enrollment and complete enrollment procedures according to the school's regulations, as follows:

- Confirming admission online: From August 23 to before 5:00 p.m. on August 30. Candidates confirm admission online on the Ministry of Education and Training's Admissions Portal (https://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn). If not done on time, the candidate will be considered to have canceled the admission result and will not be admitted to Can Tho University.

The scale of regular training of Can Tho University in the past 5 years has always reached over 35,000 students.

- Admission procedures: From August 24 to 5:00 p.m. on August 31, admitted candidates come to the High Technology Building (ATL), Zone II, Can Tho University at the prescribed time when looking up results to receive the admission notice and complete admission procedures according to the instructions when looking up results.

On July 15, the Prime Minister signed a decision to convert Can Tho University into Can Tho University.
