Can Tho University stated that each candidate will be officially admitted to one of their highest-priority choices among those eligible choices.
The university does not send admission notices to candidates via postal mail . Candidates can check their admission results and enrollment procedures on the Can Tho University website from August 23rd at https://kqts.ctu.edu.vn (check using the candidate's ID card/citizen identification number as listed on the Ministry of Education and Training 's Admissions Portal).
To enroll at Can Tho University, successful candidates must confirm their enrollment and complete the enrollment procedures as prescribed by the university, as follows:
- Online enrollment confirmation: From August 23rd to before 5 PM on August 30th. Candidates must confirm their enrollment online through the Ministry of Education and Training's Admissions Portal (https://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn). Failure to do so within the deadline will be considered as forfeiture of the candidate's admission and they will not be allowed to enroll at Can Tho University.
The scale of full-time training at Can Tho University has consistently exceeded 35,000 students over the past five years.
- Enrollment procedures: From August 24th to 5 PM on August 31st, successful candidates should go to the High-Tech Building (ATL), Zone II, Can Tho University, at the time specified when checking results to receive their admission notice and complete the enrollment procedures as instructed in the results check.

The transformation of Can Tho University into Can Tho University aims to ensure the authority, capacity, and stature of Can Tho University so that it can better fulfill its functions, tasks, and role as a regional university.
Can Tho University currently offers 121 undergraduate majors/specializations, 58 master's degree majors/specializations, and 22 doctoral degree majors. Of these, 13 majors offer programs at all three levels, from undergraduate to doctoral.
