Currently, the price of live pigs in this region is fluctuating between 67,000 and 69,000 VND/kg. Among these, Hanoi, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Thai Binh, Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen, and Yen Bai still maintain the highest live pig prices in the region at 69,000 VND/kg.

Central and Central Highlands regions

Similarly, today's (January 19, 2025) live pig prices in the Central and Central Highlands regions remained stable after several days of slight decreases in some provinces and cities.

Currently, the Central and Central Highlands regions maintain live pig prices fluctuating between 66,000 and 68,000 VND/kg. Binh Dinh and Khanh Hoa have the lowest live pig prices in the region at 66,000 VND/kg.

Southern region

Pork prices in the Southern region today (January 19, 2025) unexpectedly remained stable after several days of price increases in some provinces and cities. Currently, pork prices in the Southern region are fluctuating between 67,000 and 69,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Kien Giang , Dong Nai, Tay Ninh, Dong Thap, and Ca Mau have the highest pork prices in the region at 69,000 VND/kg.

Overall, the live pig market today (January 19, 2025) recorded no price fluctuations after several days of mixed increases/decreases across the three regions nationwide. Surveys show that live pigs nationwide are being traded in the range of 66,000 – 69,000 VND/kg.
