Since its establishment in 1995, Dai Dung has determined a different path, not stopping at the role of a steel structure contractor. The enterprise focuses on developing the capacity of an EPC general contractor, self-sufficient in the entire value chain from solutions, design, production, supply to construction and handover. The system of six factories, with a total area of over 85 hectares, current capacity exceeding 300,000 tons of steel structures per year and the goal of reaching 500,000 tons before 2030, helps Dai Dung ensure the ability to simultaneously implement many large projects, meeting the strict technical requirements of international markets.

Globally, the EPC general contractor model is increasingly preferred due to its ability to integrate comprehensive solutions, control risks, optimize costs and shorten progress. Dai Dung not only keeps up with but also proactively anticipates this trend through systematic investment in technology, management and operational capacity. The enterprise owns a comprehensive international certification system, including ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), ISO 14001:2015 (environment), ISO 45001:2018 (health and safety), EN 1090-1 EXC4 (European steel structures), EN ISO 3834-2 (welding quality), AISC (USA), CWB W47.1 (Canada), ASME U & S Stamp, R Stamp (pressure equipment). In addition, LEED Gold, EPD, ISO 14064-1:2018 and ISO 14067:2018 certifications affirm our commitment to sustainable development, transparency and compliance with strict international governance standards.

A typical example of Dai Dung's EPC capacity is the No. 1 Aircraft Maintenance Facility (Hangar) project at Long Thanh International Airport, with a total value of over VND916 billion and a construction period of 13 months. The enterprise took on the role of leading the consortium, implementing the package from large-span structural design, production, assembly to progress management. The project serves the maintenance of wide-body aircraft such as the Boeing 777 and Airbus A350, requiring strict technical and safety standards, demonstrating the capacity to construct high-tech infrastructure and project management at the international level.
In addition, Dai Dung is present in many iconic global projects: Nihonbashi building - a green building in Tokyo; the world's longest Fehmarn Belt Fixed Link undersea tunnel connecting Germany and Denmark; Powerhouse Parramatta museum in Australia; Misk museum in Saudi Arabia; Lusail stadium - the main stadium of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar; Shiplift system serving the US military; New Phnom Penh airport - level 4F; Hoa Phat warehouse with the largest span of 170m in Vietnam; National Exhibition and Fair Center - top 10 largest exhibition centers in the world. These projects require outstanding technical capacity, overall control and strict compliance with international standards, contributing to strengthening Dai Dung's position as a comprehensive EPC contractor with global deployment capacity.
The fulcrum for that capacity is a team of more than 4,000 engineers, experts and well-trained staff, possessing creativity, complex project management capabilities and close cohesion. Each member is not only encouraged to maximize their individual capacity but also ready to support and resonate to achieve common goals. The cultural foundation of respecting people, promoting the spirit of innovation and solidarity has become a strong internal driving force, helping Dai Dung maintain sustainable development momentum even in the context of increasingly fierce global competition.

This spirit is formed from the development orientation and philosophy that the founder, General Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Trinh Tien Dung, has persistently built since the early days. He focused on establishing a transparent governance platform, quality control, safety and sustainable development, while orienting the business towards a comprehensive EPC general contractor model. These principles have encouraged the team to proactively learn, constantly innovate and be ready to participate in projects requiring increasingly high technical standards. His guiding role, together with his long-term development philosophy, has contributed to creating a cohesive working environment and laying the foundation for new operating standards in the steel structure and mechanical engineering industry.
After three decades, with strategic vision and bold determination, he has led Dai Dung Group to conquer markets in more than 60 countries and territories, establish a global strategic customer network and become a trusted EPC partner of many large corporations. In the next phase, the enterprise continues to develop the green factory model, promote digital transformation, increase the proportion of renewable energy and expand to energy, industrial real estate, infrastructure and logistics. The multi-industry strategy, aiming at a green supply chain, not only helps Dai Dung minimize risks but also optimizes investment value, strengthens long-term competitiveness and affirms the position of Vietnamese brands in the international market.
Thirty years is not only measured by the volume of exported steel or the number of projects, but also by the aspiration to lead, the comprehensive EPC contractor capacity and the spirit of integration that Dai Dung has steadfastly pursued. Under the leadership of a management team with strategic vision, the enterprise is affirming that Vietnam is fully capable of becoming a strategic partner for projects of global stature, contributing to raising the country's position in the world industrial value chain.
