Therefore, union members and employees always feel secure and confident in contributing to a united, dynamic, creative, and efficient work environment.

Nguyen Van Bang's initiative, "Designing a pneumatic water meter disassembly and assembly system," helps reduce labor, shorten working time, and save costs.

Comrade Le Van Quy, Chairman of the Trade Union of Thanh Hoa Water Supply Joint Stock Company, stated: The task of caring for the material and spiritual well-being of employees has always been a priority for the trade union executive committee and the board of directors, considered one of the key tasks in the enterprise's business development strategy. The grassroots trade union has actively played its role in participating in enterprise management; developing and adjusting labor norms; advising on administrative procedure reform; proposing salary and bonus schemes; and participating in improving working conditions for employees, contributing to ensuring stability, harmony, and progress within the enterprise. The trade union advises the company's board of directors on concretizing the improvement of employees' lives through policies, measures, objectives, plans, and operational regulations of professional departments and mass organizations. Accordingly, the implementation of policies and regulations for employees is ensured, such as: wages, bonuses, meal allowances, transportation allowances, and full and timely social insurance and health insurance benefits. In addition, the trade union also organizes visits to employees who are sick, in distress, or whose families are facing difficulties; provides gifts to employees during holidays and festivals; and organizes cultural and artistic activities, tours, and vacations. These actions have motivated employees, making them feel secure in their work and committed to the company in the long term.

To encourage union members and employees to enthusiastically participate in and excel in production and business tasks, the Trade Union of Thanh Hoa Water Supply Joint Stock Company, in coordination with the professional departments, promotes emulation movements such as: "Excellent Workers, Creative Workers"; promoting technical innovation initiatives; "Strengthening efforts to combat water loss and save costs on raw materials and fuel in the production and supply of clean water"; "Excellent in work, responsible at home"... The company encourages employees to have innovative initiatives in production activities through rewards, whether large or small, depending on work performance. These emulation movements have been actively embraced by a large number of cadres, union members, and employees, creating a vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere of work and dedication; and unleashing the collective strength and creative intelligence of each cadre and union member.

A prime example is Mr. Le Nhat Cong, Team Leader of the Repair Team, Thanh Hoa City Water Production Branch, with nearly 20 technical improvement projects and initiatives that enhance production efficiency and benefit the company by billions of VND per year, such as: "Converting the technology from using Basetop to mechanical seals for the main pump," "Implanting copper bearing supports using pressure-reducing welding," "Supplementing the water source for the secondary pumping station, Mat Son Water Plant, pumping water to serve customers during peak hours"... Mr. Cong has been awarded the title of Provincial-level Emulation Soldier, second prize at the Thanh Hoa Technical Innovation Competition; and has received the Creative Labor Certificate from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor three times, and the Nguyen Duc Canh Award... Or Mr. Nguyen Van Bang, Team Leader of the Water Meter Maintenance and Assembly Team, Water Meter Branch, with initiatives such as: "Manufacturing a pneumatic water meter disassembly and assembly system" which benefits more than 550 million VND per year; “Designing and manufacturing a system for removing water meter dial assemblies” saves nearly 600 million VND/year; “Designing and manufacturing a system for internal inspection of large water meters DN80 - DN250” saves more than 300 million VND/year... These emulation movements have yielded clear results, making important contributions to improving productivity and product quality, increasing income and improving working conditions for union members and employees. Currently, 100% of union members in the enterprise have stable jobs and a secure livelihood with an average income of 12.1 million VND/person/month.

In the coming period, the Trade Union of Thanh Hoa Water Supply Joint Stock Company will continue to pay attention to and care for the material and spiritual lives of employees through many practical activities, encouraging employees to actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, especially the "Excellent Worker, Creative Worker" movement, developing their talents and intelligence, thereby contributing to building and developing the enterprise more sustainably.
