With a total investment of over 1,068 billion VND, the project has completely transformed the 3.2 km long Thuy Van coastal road. The more than 2-hectare Bai Sau park area has been planned as an open space, removing the fences that obstruct the view.
A new feature of the project is the system of 6 modern public service stations with basements for showering and luggage storage, and above-ground levels offering open spaces for visitors to enjoy the sea view. Technical infrastructure, security cameras, and lighting have also been invested in comprehensively.
The highlight of the architectural design is the Thang Tam Square area and the iconic tower. With 143 tower pillars combined with fountains and artistic lighting systems, this promises to be a new "check-in" spot attracting tourists. This project has been safely tested since September, creating a modern seaside landscape axis that harmoniously connects the urban space and the beach.
