Many people are subjective when their phone or computer suddenly slows down, but that could be a sign of hacker intrusion. Keepnet Labs said the malware could turn devices into cryptocurrency miners or send spam without users knowing.
Abnormally fast battery drain is also a warning, especially when not playing games or watching videos but the device is still hot and drains energy. CNET confirmed that the malware runs in the background, taking up CPU and RAM, causing a significant decrease in performance and frequent application crashes.
Another risk is that fake apps like “battery optimizer” or “system security” contain malicious code to collect data. Wired warns that hackers can take advantage of unusual network activity to send spam or launch DDoS attacks from victim devices. Kaspersky estimates global losses from mobile malware could reach $10.5 trillion by 2025.
Experts recommend that users install anti-virus software, check for strange applications and enable two-factor authentication to protect their accounts. Dear readers, please watch more videos: Iris scanning tool to verify human identity | VTV24
