On September 27, the Linh Xuan Ward Party Committee (Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City) organized the opening ceremony of the online contest for the "Digital Education for All" movement in 2025.

Candidates can participate by accessing the software “Linh Xuan innovation, information connection” at linhxuanketnoi.vn or scanning the QR code. The contest takes place from 9am on September 27 to 9am on October 6, for cadres, party members, civil servants, union members, students, armed forces and people living, working and studying in the area.

The contest aims to widely promote the role and significance of the "Digital Education for All" movement in the context of digital transformation, arousing the spirit of proactive and creative learning, forming digital citizens, contributing to promoting digital transformation in the locality.

Many ward officials, youth union members and residents of Linh Xuan ward participated in the online contest.

The test consists of 50 multiple choice questions and 1 essay question on solutions to promote the movement. There is no time limit or number of attempts, allowing candidates to take the test multiple times to improve their scores. The organizing committee will award 20 prizes to outstanding individuals.
