This person shared a text message exchange with the film crew along with a picture of Thuy Anh being injured while filming. Accordingly, Thuy Anh planned to remove the stitches from the wound on the morning of August 20 and then return to the Phu Yen film set, but the film crew did not agree. The film crew said they had supported Thuy Anh to go to the international hospital in Phu Yen to promptly treat the wound.

Thuy Anh was injured during a scene with her co-star, where the character was excited, waved her arms wildly and accidentally hit her phone in the middle of her forehead. The actress bled profusely and had to book an early flight to Ho Chi Minh City on the morning of August 13 to treat the wound, receiving 6 stitches.

However, Ms. Thuy said that the post by the CVQN account was not true, causing damage and affecting the reputation of the film crew and producer.

The actress denied that she was standing in the wrong position on set, leading to her injury. She insisted that she was rehearsing according to the script and that the accident was due to her co-star's negligence. Because the wound was long and deep, she had to return to Ho Chi Minh City for cosmetic surgery. Thuy Anh said that the film crew provided her with a one-way airfare, but the hospital and medical expenses were all paid for by her own pocket.
