The delegation included Comrade Hoang Binh Quan, former member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, former Head of the Central Committee's Foreign Affairs Department, and former Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee. Accompanying the delegation were Comrades Chau Van Lam, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen The Giang, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and leaders from several provincial departments and agencies.

Comrade Chẩu Văn Lâm, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, delivered a welcoming speech to the delegation.

Comrade Chau Van Lam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, provided an overview and introduction of the scenic spots and tourism development potential of Na Hang district in particular and Tuyen Quang province in general. The province is inviting suitable investors to exploit and develop the local tourism potential with the motto of preserving, maintaining, and promoting the unique cultural features of ethnic groups, protecting the environment, and ensuring sustainable natural landscapes. The province hopes that the Central Committee's Foreign Affairs Department will continue to pay attention to and support the province in promoting tourism; expanding exchanges and cooperation with foreign localities; exploiting potential to promote socio-economic development; and continuously improving the lives of the people.

During the working session with Na Hang district, the district leaders reported to the delegation on the general situation of the district's socio-economic development; development orientation and encouraging results in tourism development. Regarding foreign affairs, with the support and facilitation of the province, Na Hang district is implementing cooperation with several regions of Germany in the fields of medicinal plant development, new rural construction, biodiversity, nature conservation, and is moving towards expanding cooperation in healthcare and vocational training.

The leaders of Na Hang district reported to the working group on the general overview of the district's socio-economic development.

The members of the Central Committee's Foreign Affairs Department delegation all expressed their joy at the achievements of Tuyen Quang province and Na Hang district in socio-economic development. They also expressed confidence that the Party Committee, government, and people of all ethnic groups in Na Hang district will continue to uphold the spirit of unity, strive to develop the economy, preserve the cultural identity of the ethnic groups, and build a more prosperous district.

Provincial leaders and the Central Committee's Foreign Affairs Department suggested that Na Hang district leaders build a new check-in point related to the construction of the Tuyen Quang Hydropower Plant to help promote local tourism.

On this occasion, the delegation and provincial leaders visited the scenic spots on the Na Hang-Lam Binh ecological lake.
