According to the investigation, Tien Hau village, Nhat Hoa commune was flooded from noon on October 7, affecting 149/149 households, many houses were completely flooded, the village was isolated, lost contact with the outside; providing supplies and support during storms and floods also became difficult because the village only had one road.

To ensure safety, households have relocated to many places on the mountains and in caves to avoid storms and floods. Up to now, the road to the village is still cut off; in the village   There are 14 households temporarily staying on the mountain, unable to return home because the water is still rising.
