In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation expressed their respect and infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader of our Party and people, the great teacher of the Vietnamese revolution, the national liberation hero, the world cultural celebrity who devoted and sacrificed his whole life for the cause of national liberation, fighting for peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people and humanity.
Implementing his teachings, over the years, the Party Committee and people of all ethnic groups in Cao Bang have always promoted the tradition of their revolutionary homeland, united, overcome difficulties, promoted internal strength, effectively exploited and mobilized all resources, and continued to achieve many important achievements in socio -economic development. In the period of 2020 - 2025, the province's economy maintained a stable growth momentum with an average GRDP rate of about 4.46%/year. The economic scale was expanded, the economic structure shifted in the right direction. The border gate economy developed. Tourism achieved impressive growth, the UNESCO Global Geopark Non Nuoc Cao Bang continued to be a highlight, affirming the position of the province's tourism brand.
The Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway is actively implemented and is expected to become a breakthrough in regional connectivity. Scientific development, innovation and digital transformation are strongly promoted. Cultural and social fields have many positive changes; social security is ensured, the poverty rate decreases by an average of 4.24%/year. Security and defense are maintained, foreign affairs activities are expanded and deepened. Party building and the political system are regularly focused on strengthening and perfecting.
In front of his spirit, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the province vow to unite, have absolute trust in the leadership of the Party, and firmly follow the revolutionary path that the Party, Uncle Ho and our people have chosen. Following his example, learning, joining hands, being of one mind, determined to fulfill the highest political targets and tasks in 2025 as well as the entire term; leading the successful organization of the 20th Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; arousing the will of self-reliance, self-improvement, the aspiration to rise up, determined to build the province to develop rapidly and sustainably, for the happiness of the people, "exemplary", "leading" as beloved Uncle Ho instructed, worthy of the Party's trust and the fine traditions of the revolutionary homeland.
Next, the provincial delegation offered incense and flowers to pay homage to the Na Can Martyrs' Monument in Nung Tri Cao Ward. The delegation's wreath bore the inscription "The Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee - National Assembly Delegation of Cao Bang Province forever remembers the heroic martyrs".
The provincial delegation respectfully offered incense, expressing their respect, gratitude and deep appreciation for the contributions, sacrifices and great contributions of the heroic martyrs for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, and for the peaceful, prosperous and happy life of the people. The Party Committee, government, armed forces and people of all ethnic groups in the province pledge to continue to promote the traditions of their revolutionary homeland, building Cao Bang into a dynamic, rapidly developing and sustainable province, worthy of the heroic sacrifices of previous generations. Continue to promote the movement of "Repaying gratitude", paying attention to and caring for the material and spiritual lives of war invalids, sick soldiers, families of martyrs and people with meritorious services to the revolution.
Next, the provincial delegation came to offer flowers at the Ho Chi Minh President Monument in Thuc Phan Ward; the delegation's flower basket bore the words "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh".
