On August 29, in Hanoi , Nhan Dan Newspaper held a ceremony to introduce special publications and an interactive exhibition "80 years of glorious country - The Road to Independence".

Introducing the special publications and products on this occasion, journalist Le Quoc Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association, said that on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, Nhan Dan Newspaper has produced many publications and products in response. In addition to specialized publications such as Nhan Dan Monthly and Nhan Dan Weekend, the Newspaper has issued a supplement, which has long been a "specialty" of Nhan Dan Newspaper - a product that society has always awaited.
“The supplement applies trendy technology such as QR Code, especially with Spotify code. Readers can scan with their phones to see the moving picture on the supplement, listen to Uncle Ho read the Declaration of Independence. It can be seen that the product has received attention from all ages, from old to young. The Spotify code that can be temporarily “tattooed” on the hand created a fever on the morning of August 29 and we will only have 50,000 codes and randomly distribute them to readers,” said journalist Le Quoc Minh.

Nhan Dan Newspaper has launched a special issue on September 2 with a special supplement and two special pages commemorating the 80th anniversary of National Day and the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Forces' tradition, comprehensively reflecting the nation's 80-year journey of building and defending the country.
The special issue 2-9 is structured into 5 main parts, deployed along the axis of history - present - future, reflecting the journey of building and defending the nation, affirming the immortal historical value of the August Revolution and National Day 2-9, summarizing the achievements of 80 years of nation building, and affirming the aspiration of Vietnam to reach the new era.
The special supplement 2-9 consists of two parts. The first part recreates the image of President Ho Chi Minh reading the Declaration of Independence at Ba Dinh Square, and prints the entire Declaration of Independence - the immortal document affirming the independence and freedom of the Vietnamese people.

In addition to the two digital physical publications, Nhan Dan Newspaper launched two special pages at the addresses quockhanh.nhandan.vn and congan.nhandan.vn. The two pages were carefully invested in and built, with many special effects, gathering hundreds of articles and solid data about two historical events of the country.
The special page celebrating the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a data journalism channel depicting the historical flow of the country since the establishment of the Communist Party of Vietnam, through the era of national independence and freedom, the era of innovation and development, and now entering the era of national growth.

“The Road to Independence” recreates the revolutionary flow from 1930 to 1945 with 8 important milestones, illustrated with documentary images, 3D relief, LED lights and VR360 technology.
“Independence Flagpole” is a model of the reconstruction of Ba Dinh Square – where President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence, combined with a VR360 screen to let the public relive the heroic atmosphere of September 2, 1945.
“Write a letter to the Fatherland” allows visitors to handwrite their thoughts, express their patriotism and aspirations for development; the letters will be preserved as part of the community’s memory.
The exhibition cluster "80 years of glorious country" systematizes the milestones from 1930-2025, from the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam to the aspiration of a developed nation in the mid-21st century.
AR Check-in – instant souvenir photos is where augmented reality technology is applied with a 3D map of Vietnam, creating a youthful, modern highlight, connecting history with today's generation.
