To ensure social security, immediately after Ngoc Ha ward was established under the new model, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward decided to establish the "For the Poor" Fund Mobilization Committee at the ward level, assigning tasks to each member; at the same time, proactively developed a fund mobilization plan and a plan to launch the peak month "For the Poor" in 2025 in the ward. In the first 9 months of 2025, the ward's "For the Poor" Fund received nearly 530 million VND from people in residential areas.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward has deployed to socio -political organizations to coordinate with the Ward People's Committee, Front Working Committees and residential groups to review and grasp households in difficult circumstances, students from difficult families, lonely elderly people and vulnerable people in the area.
From there, propose appropriate and timely support programs; help families have the conditions and motivation to improve their lives, all towards the goal of improving the quality of life, ensuring equality in development opportunities for people, contributing to political and social stability and creating motivation for economic development.
At the launching ceremony, the People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ngoc Ha ward received more than 334 million VND in support of the "For the Poor" Fund, bringing the total support for the Fund in 2025 to nearly 900 million VND.
* On the same day (October 15), Ngoc Ha ward held the inauguration ceremony of the "Skilled Civil Mobilization" project to build a community playground in residential area number 1.
This is a project to welcome the 18th Congress of Hanoi Party Committee, term 2025-2030 and 95 years of the Party's Traditional Day of Mass Mobilization Work (October 15, 1930 - October 15, 2025).
Under the leadership of the Party Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward and the guidance of the Party Building Committee of Ngoc Ha ward, in August 2025, residential area No. 1 mobilized people to clean up the environment, collect waste, repair exercise equipment, replace all children's play equipment such as swings, slides, tunnels, bouncy animals, and plant 2 large trees to provide shade for the playground.
The project was carried out with all funds mobilized from socialized sources among cadres, party members and people in the residential area. This is not only a material project, but also a vivid demonstration of the spirit of solidarity and affection; clearly demonstrating the effectiveness of mass mobilization work, contributing to building a civilized and clean residential area.
