During the past term, cadres and women's union members of communes and wards promoted the spirit of solidarity, pioneering and creativity in implementing the movements of the union and the tasks of socio -economic development of the locality. Actively responded to emulation movements and campaigns such as: "All people unite to build a cultural life", "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Join hands for the poor - No one is left behind"... Cadres and women's union members actively participated in cleaning the environment, building flower roads, implementing models of "Turning waste into money" to raise funds for the programs "Godmother", "Pair of loving leaves"... The unions maintained the activities of cultural, artistic and sports clubs to improve spiritual life, helping women to be confident and affirm their position in the family and society.

The Women's Unions of communes and wards also performed well their role as the nucleus of solidarity among women of all walks of life, taking care of and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of women, contributing to effectively implementing the key tasks of the union and resolutions set forth by Party congresses at all levels.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Unions of communes and wards have set out key targets and breakthroughs, along with key tasks and solutions to build a strong union organization that operates effectively for the happiness and advancement of women. In particular, promoting the autonomy, creativity, and solidarity of all women members to develop family economy, build civilized and happy families, and build an increasingly strong union organization; performing well the representative role of the union organization, paying attention to the lives of women members, policy families, poor children, orphans, and disabled children in difficult circumstances. Protecting the legitimate and legitimate rights and interests of women, promoting gender equality. Effectively implementing patriotic emulation movements and campaigns, contributing to the successful implementation of the local socio-economic development tasks.

At the congresses, decisions were announced to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, President and Vice President of the Women's Union of communes and wards for the 2025-2030 term; and decisions to allocate delegates to attend congresses at higher levels were announced.
