On the afternoon of October 16, the Farmers' Association of Phu Mo commune held its first Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the congress were the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of the commune and 100 official delegates.

In recent times, the Farmers' Association of Phu Mo commune has closely followed the Resolution of the Farmers' Association Congress at all levels, proactively developed plans and effectively implemented emulation movements. From 2023 to 2025, the Commune Farmers' Association mobilized 450 farmer households to register to build cultural families, with an average of 225 farmer households registering each year. As a result, 410 households were recognized as cultural farmer families, reaching 91.9%; 458 households achieved the title of good production and business at all levels...

Specific targets include: 100% of cadres and members are informed of policies and guidelines; 100% of the plan is met in recruiting members, establishing branches and professional associations; over 80% of branches and associations complete their tasks well; 70% of members are equipped with digital skills and 100% of branches have operating funds...
