Difficulty receiving relief goods from Phu Mo people

Located in the most difficult commune heavily affected by the recent storm No. 13 and floods, about 260 households in Phu Hai and Lang Dong villages of Phu Mo commune, Dak Lak province are isolated in difficult conditions. Every day, they have to overcome about 15km of steep, rough roads, crossing streams to bring necessities to relieve hunger for the villagers.
