Ms. Juliette Waterhouse, General Director of Hong Anh Medical System, said: “We aim for a healthcare service model that has a positive and practical impact on the community. When people are tested and the disease is detected early, treatment will be much easier and more effective."
Modality Partnership is a primary and community health service provider within the UK National Health Service (NHS). Founded in 2009, the organization serves approximately 7 million people and has received numerous awards from the NHS. Modality is known for driving innovation in healthcare, focusing on data solutions, population health management, and patient-centered care models. The organization also expands international collaboration to spread innovative care models around the world.
At the conference, Director of the Department of Health of Dong Nai province Do Thi Nguyen hoped that the medical team would carry a clear message after the program: “Caring for community health does not start with big things but starts with very simple actions such as: a timely blood pressure measurement, a sincere nutrition consultation, a timely reminder of a follow-up appointment, a dedicated guide to measuring blood sugar. Those seemingly small things can prevent a stroke, save a heart, protect a family, and preserve a future. That is the silent - but extremely great - power of grassroots health care”.
