Sharing the pain with the families of the 5 victims of the fire on Kim Hoa street

On the morning of October 15, authorized by the Hanoi People's Committee, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Health Dinh Hong Phong directly visited, expressed condolences and presented 125 million VND (25 million VND/person) in support to the family of 5 relatives who were victims of the tragic fire that occurred at No. 9/12/17, Lane 180, Kim Hoa Street (Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward, Hanoi).

Joining the delegation to visit, offer condolences and provide support were also representatives of the leaders of the Social Protection Department, the Social Work Center and the Hanoi Children's Support Fund (Hanoi Department of Health ), and representatives of the People's Committee of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward, Hanoi.

Along with the city's support, the Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam ward government also previously awarded the family 125 million VND (25 million VND/person), demonstrating the spirit of sharing and joining hands with the family to overcome the pain of loss. Joining hands to share the pain with the families of the 5 victims was the participation of the Hanoi City Fatherland Front Committee, Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee and mass organizations of wards, residential areas, and residential groups... The total support budget from the city and locality as of the morning of October 15 was 407 million VND (including 282 million VND in support from the ward and mass organizations, 125 million VND from the city budget).

At the visit and support, Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Health Dinh Hong Phong expressed his deep condolences and emphasized: "Hanoi City always cares and shares with those who are in risky and unfortunate situations. Although this support cannot make up for the pain, it is the heart of the government and people of the capital, hoping that the family will soon overcome this loss."

Along with material concerns, the authorities have conducted inspections, propaganda, and instructed people to raise awareness of fire prevention and fighting, especially in residential areas with houses combined with businesses, deep alleys, and narrow exits - where the risk of fire and explosion is always latent.
