The training program took place from November 27 to 30, with the participation of more than 80 ethnic minority women in Truong Son commune, Quang Tri province. Through the communication from gender experts, the training program helped women learn more about gender and gender equality; practice public speaking skills; teamwork skills, effective negotiation steps; how to set up, build plans, promote women's ownership...

The training program was implemented in a close, lively manner, with interaction between experts and students, creating excitement and clear effectiveness after the sessions. This is one of the contents of the Project "Supporting agricultural livelihoods to adapt to climate change to enhance the role of women in disadvantaged communes", sponsored by the Korea International Development Agency (KOICA).

In addition to the goal of promoting gender equality and promoting the role and position of ethnic minority women, the training program is also a stepping stone for households benefiting from the Project to fully develop their capacity and flexible thinking to effectively implement supported livelihood models in the future.
