Luong Van Chanh High School for the Gifted presents gifts from benefactors to flood victims

On November 30, Luong Van Chanh High School for the Gifted organized a ceremony to give 100 gifts to people in Tuy Hoa ward who suffered losses in the recent flood.

Accordingly, 100 poor, near-poor, disadvantaged households and lonely elderly people in the neighborhoods of Phu An, Vinh Phu, An Nien, Ngoc Phuoc 1 and Ngoc Phuoc 2 received gifts.

Each gift includes 1 blanket, 1 mini gas stove, 2 mini gas cylinders, 2 stainless steel pots, 5 pairs of socks, 1 pack of stainless steel spoons and chopsticks, worth about 1 million VND. All of these gifts were supported by Ms. Toan Thanh Xuan in Ho Chi Minh City and her friends.

Mr. Huynh Tan Chau, Principal of Luong Van Chanh High School for the Gifted, gave gifts to the people.

Mr. Huynh Tan Chau, Principal of Luong Van Chanh High School for the Gifted, said that thanks to the spread of the Luong Van Chanh Program joining hands with the community, the school recently received 400 gifts (worth over 400 million VND) from Ms. Toan Thanh Xuan and her supporting friends.

In addition, Ms. Toan Thanh Xuan also sent the school 400 teapots, 200 boxes of porridge and 200 rice cookers. The school will connect and give all these gifts to poor, near-poor, disadvantaged households and lonely elderly people in the localities, to help people stabilize their lives soon after the natural disaster.
